Next year I will approach my 10th year as a Social entrepreneur and in today's video I'm sharing 10 pieces of advice to keep in mind as you begin this journey into Social Entrepreneurship.

What's your exit plan and why you need one?

THIS! I always stress that you need an exit plan, but understandably, it can be a tough concept to grasp when you're just starting out. Don't be afraid to think about an exit plan for yourself. It's necessary in the design of your life and your business. Think of it as a NorthStar.

What to do about Naysayers?

We all have them and trust me I had a few but now they are some of my biggest supporters! I'm answering these questions and more in today's video.
